You can expect your photos in approximately 3-4 months after your event, and you can expect your video in approximately 4-6 months after your event. We often finish much sooner than the estimated delivery date, but regardless we always put extra care into editing to make every detail perfect.

If it rains, don’t worry! We have a plan in place for indoor settings and can adapt according to your preferences. Your memories will still shine through.

• Postponing? You can transfer your retainer to a new date, depending on our availability.
• Cancelling?
  • If it’s more than 60 days before your wedding, you won’t owe the remaining balance.
  • If it’s within 60 days, the full payment is still required.
• If you need to postpone due to unforeseen circumstances (like public health restrictions), we’ll do our best to reschedule based on our availability. Your retainer can be transferred to the new date.
• For family portrait sessions, we’re happy to simply reschedule to a new date that works for you—no additional fees or penalties.

If we’re unable to attend due to illness or something beyond our control, and no suitable replacement is available, we’ll refund all payments. We’re committed to being there, but we also want to be fair if the unexpected happens.
