Ever dreamed of arriving to your wedding in a horse-drawn carriage through cobblestone streets? Well, our beautiful bride and dashing groom at this San Miguel de Allende Wedding certainly lived through that dream.
Marce and Jorge arrived to San Miguel de Allende all the way from northern Mexico a day before their ceremony to indulge in a little dance and fun at their Vaquillada and Callejoneada. Saturday morning however, the Big Day, those pre-wedding jitters caught up with them, and were not helped by having to wait for what seemed like an excruciatingly long morning to finally see each other. Nonetheless after that long awaited First Look and seeing the rain pass away, all those nerves faded and it was all smiles and excitement.
Then came the carriage drawn by a pair of beautiful and majestic black horses that took them through the San Miguel de Allende streets to the Cathedral for their ceremony where friends, family and strangers attending a festival happening in the main square all cheered for their big entrance. After that, we went back to their hotel for the Reception where the celebration truly began: carnival masks, colorful hats, oversized shades, inflatable instruments and even a pair of cages set the mood for the memories we are sure will last for a lifetime.
